Responsibilities
- Review manpower requisitions and post openings on job portals and other relevant social and professional networking sites.
- Arrange interviews, maintain applicant and interview data via our applicant tracking system.
- Collect personal documents, perform relevant background checks and education verification checks on potential hires.
- Prepare contracts and assist in work visa application.
- Ensure smooth onboarding for new hires and records are created accurately for new hires.
- Issue medical chits and verify pre-employment medical invoices.
- Assist in expat's transit accommodation and claims.
- Ensure work practices are in compliance with regulations (eg. TAFEP, FCF, PDPA) and company policies.
- Lead or be a member of projects and process improvement initiatives.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Job Requirements:
- Minimum a diploma in Human Resources Management
- At least 2 years of relevant experience
