Specialist Paediatric Speech & Language Therapist - Early Years & Feeding

Responsibilities

• Provide specialist assessment and intervention for infant feeding and swallowing difficulties
• Manage a caseload of children aged 0-2 years with early communication and feeding needs
• Deliver therapy across clinics, patients' homes, and virtual platforms
• Work collaboratively with families, carers, and MDT colleagues
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation
• Contribute to early‑years pathway development and service improvement

Requirements

• Recognised Speech & Language Therapy degree
• HCPC‑registered and RCSLT‑registered
• Postgraduate paediatric dysphagia training
• Experience working with babies and young children with feeding/eating/drinking needs
• Confident working independently across community settings
