Our Sydney Transport Modelling team is in a strong position, with a growing pipeline of work across major transport programs. We're looking for a Transport Modeller to join the team and play a key role in supporting this continued momentum. How you'll make a difference Minimum of 4 years' experience as a transport modeller Experience in delivering operational modelling e.g. microsimulation and mesoscopic modelling for technically challenging projects Excellent communication, presentation and analysis skills Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment The qualities that help you thrive The following qualifications and experience are highly desired, but if you don't tick all the boxes you could still be a perfect fit for this role. Recognised tertiary qualifications in engineering, transport, mathematics, economics, geography, computer science, statistics, physics or equivalent discipline Experience in one or more operational modelling platforms e.g. VISSIM,VisVAP, Aimsun, SIDRA Experience in using and developing scripts and macros in these packages Programming experience in Python, SQL, Visual Basic Experience in the use of GIS techniques in the application to transport modelling outputs and analysis.
