HR Admin Executive

About the role

Basic information: Monday - Friday 8.30am-5.30pm Basic up to $4,000 Location: Tuas Career progression and benefits Job Scope: Support HR operations across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, confirmation, documentation, and record management. Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts, confirmation letters, and maintain accurate employee records. Track staff certifications, training schedules, entry passes, and ensure timely renewals. Administer leave, medical leave, and employee claims. Handle employee enquiries and provide HR administrative support. Assist with work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations via WPOL. Support managers with ad-hoc administrative duties, procurement, event coordination, and employee welfare arrangements.
