Responsibilities

  • Defining and Developing Arc's title and reg operation in all markets, including the use of agencies, dealers licenses, and customer self serve

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in vehicle, vessel, or equipment title and registration, ideally spanning multiple states.
  • Working knowledge of DMV and state-agency processes and of state-specific titling and registration requirements.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy when handling legal and financial documents.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a high volume of transactions and deadlines at once.
  • Clear written and verbal communication for working with customers, state agencies, and internal teams.
  • Comfort researching and interpreting regulations, fees, and tax rules that vary by state, county, and jurisdiction.
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership of outcomes, and carry a process through to completion with minimal oversight.
  • Bonus Qualifications
  • Familiarity with marine or boat titling and registration, HIN requirements, and U.S. Coast Guard documentation.
  • Experience supporting a direct-to-consumer or e-commerce model where products ship and register nationwide.
  • Experience with multi-state sales and use tax, vessel value caps, and separate trailer registration.
  • Familiarity with DocuSign or similar e-signature workflows and document automation.
  • An active notary commission, or familiarity with notarization requirements across states.
  • Comfortable pushing at a fast but sustainable pace
  • Enthusiasm for boating and the water
