Responsibilities

  • Deliver direct patient care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of individualized treatment plans
  • Administer medications and treatments safely in accordance with physician orders and established protocols
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes and ensure continuity of care
  • Educate patients and families on treatment plans, discharge needs, and ongoing care requirements
  • Provide clinical leadership by supervising support staff, delegating tasks appropriately, and responding effectively in emergency situations

Requirements

  • Associate Degree in Nursing
  • State of New Mexico or Compact State Nursing License
  • BLS certification REQUIRED at time of hire
  • New graduates and experienced Nurses with Mental Health Experience Encouraged to Apply
