About the role
We are seeking a Social Worker to provide professional casework and psychosocial support to individuals and families with complex needs. Qualifications & Experience Degree in Social Work; RSW preferred or eligible for registration. At least 1-3 years of relevant experience in the social service sector. Experience in casework, psychosocial assessment, care planning, and community-based intervention. Familiarity with professional ethics, practice standards, and regulatory requirements relevant to social work practice. Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills, including working with volunteers and community partners. Ability to exercise sound professional judgement and work collaboratively within multidisciplinary and community settings. Proficient in MS Office and case management systems. Open to learning, adaptable, and aligned with the organization's values. Willingness to work evenings and weekends as required.
