Job Summary: Field Training Managers are responsible for sales of HVAC jobs for a team of HVAC Service Technicians. Field Training Managers operate independently in the field conducting in-home sales presentations and selling our products and services. Field Training Managers compensation is 100% commission based. HELP provides sales and leads to the HVAC Technicians who will work under a Field Training Manager that will develop their team of technicians to set up those leads for that Field Training Manager.
