You will be an integral part of a best-in-class maintenance program working with site leadership on priorities and coordinating contractors planning processes through accuracy, efficiency, and collaboration. Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7 AM - 4 PM Pay: $30 - $35 per hour This is an on-site role located in Bingham Lake, MN . Responsibilities include: Assure all work orders are planned for Environmental, Health & Safety and Quality Assure all work orders have necessary technical components to execute high quality work from POET and contractor staff alike Coordinate with other POET Bioprocessing resources and contractors as needed to develop accurate work order plans and minimize issues due to planning problems Assure all WO's are in the proper status by identified timeframes to complete work consistent with priority status Perform Outage planning and scheduling year around Contractor Coordinator Own completion of weekly schedule one week in advance lead weekly meeting to complete/communicate the 1-week work schedule. Schedule Maintenance Technicians available hours weekly to >90% Coordinate with the Operations team to ensure all activities are scheduled consistent with production targets while also maintaining Safety and Environmental standards Foster a culture of safe behavior and environmental compliance at all times. Maintain and advance the food safety and quality of POET's products and processes to deliver a best-in-class culture of quality. Since we're all about teamwork and getting the job done, your skills may be put to a lot of other uses! QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS High school diploma or equivalent is required. Experience in maintenance and enterprise asset management [EAM] systems; IBM Maximo, E-Business Suite, UpKeep, SAP ERP Suite, IFS Cloud, Flix, Ramco Enterprise, Maintenance Connection, or similar. Uptime Elements Maintenance Reliability Certification or equivalent certification is also a plus. You have the ability to achieve and maintain forklift certification. Ability to work in a team environment PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & WORK ENVIRONMENT This role has some physical requirements that our team members will need to be able to perform, such as: Frequently: Be in awkward back, shoulder, wrists, and hand positions Bend forward while standing Reach overhead Pull up to 40lbs Kneel and crouch for up to 15 minutes at a time Occasionally: Pull up to 95lbs, with or without assistance Lift and carry up to 50lbs, with or without assistance Grip with a force of up to 80lbs Sit for 15 minutes on a stool, sometimes rotation sitting Pinch with a force of 20lbs Push up to 20lbs Wearing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as hard hats, gloves, safety glasses, steel-toed boots, self-contained breathing system, hazardous material suit, hearing protection, and harness.
