Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and filing of statutory documents with the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA).
- Maintain and update company statutory records, registers, and corporate databases.
- Prepare directors' and shareholders' resolutions, meeting minutes, and other corporate documents.
- Monitor filing deadlines and ensure timely submission of annual returns and other statutory filings.

Requirements
- Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Accountancy, Corporate Administration, Law, or related disciplines.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in corporate secretarial, administrative, accounting, or professional services environments preferred.
- Familiarity with Singapore Companies Act and corporate secretarial practices will be an advantage.
- Experience using corporate secretarial software and the ACRA BizFile+ system is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong sense of responsibility.
- Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of company incorporation, annual return filings, share transactions, and company strike-off procedures.
- Understanding of XBRL filing requirements would be advantageous.
- Experience in a corporate secretarial firm, accounting firm, or professional services environment.
