Project Manager, Site Supervision

Requirements

• Strong English proficiency.
• Earthworks and urbanization experience required.
• Preferred Bachelor's Degree, preferably in an architectural related program.
• Preferred minimum of 5 years of experience within the field of industrial site supervision.
• Strong computer and written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Experience in the use of Procore, Newforma, AutoCAD, Revit, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Teams experience is preferred.
• The ability to speak in English and Spanish (Public speaking) in front of small to large groups of people is preferred.
• Leadership of small to larger project Teams.
• Knowledge of local and international construction codes.

You will assist the Senior Project Manager in the management of control documents, client contact, reporting, and weekly meetings. Project Managers will achieve repeat clients, through great customer service that encompasses great attitude, pride, delivery, and follow-up. This is a full-time, long-term position.
