This is a fully onsite role at our brand-new facility located at 15333 Independence Parkway, Fort Worth, TX. It's an exciting time at McMaster-Carr as we grow into our new regional headquarters in Fort Worth-a modern, automated distribution facility that will help support Texas customers with the excellent service and innovative solutions that define our company. Responsibilities

• You'll begin by learning and mastering one core role within our facility. Once you've built proficiency in that role, you'll expand your skillset through experiences such as:
• Handling oversized or heavy inventory using powered industrial vehicles (training provided)
• Preparing outgoing packages and conducting quality checks to ensure presentation and accuracy
• Fulfilling orders accurately to help customers meet their business needs
• This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment, ideal for individuals who enjoy physical work and are results-oriented self-starters. Our warehouse is clean, temperature-controlled, and equipped with technology to help you do your best work.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree is preferred for this role.
• We're looking for dependable, adaptable, and hard-working individuals excited to contribute to a highly organized and evolving distribution environment. You may come from a background in retail, military, education, or something entirely different. What matters most is that you have:
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
• Physical ability to work on your feet and perform repetitive tasks
• Experience with adhering to structured processes and making justified decisions
• Willingness to train on material handling equipment (experience is a plus but not required)
• A focus on safety of themselves and others
• A team mindset, strong work ethic, and a desire to grow through hands-on work
• Cash Compensation
• Total cash compensation ranges from $95,500 - $108,500 annually, which includes annual cash profit sharing based on company profitability.
