About the role
Job Description: Serve as the key liaison for Japanese clients and contractors, ensuring effective communication and strong long-term partnerships. Lead the preparation of sales proposals, quotations, tender submissions and contractual documentation in accordance with project requirements. Contribute to overall sales strategy, market expansion, and continuous improvement of business processes. Job Requirements: Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent technical discipline is preferred. Minimum 8 - 12 years of relevant sales/ business development experience, preferably in the Construction industry. Proven track record in managing key accounts and delivering successful project wins. Proficiency in Japanese is essential, with strong verbal and written communicate skills to effectively engage Japanese-speaking clients. Strong understanding of construction project processes, tendering and contract management. Willingness to travel to project sites as required. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and commit to extended working hours when necessary. Working Hours: (Mon to Fri) - 9am to 5.30pm
