- What you will bring to the role:
- University degree in Human Resources, Economics, Law, or another relevant field
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in HR, Employee Relations, Legal, Compliance, or a related area
- Strong knowledge of employee relations topics and labour law application
- Experience working with sensitive cases and multiple stakeholders
- Ability to combine policy, compliance, and case-based work with a practical business mindset
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Structured approach, sound judgement, and a high level of discretion
- Functional knowledge of English
