Responsibilities

  • What you will bring to the role:
  • University degree in Human Resources, Economics, Law, or another relevant field
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in HR, Employee Relations, Legal, Compliance, or a related area
  • Strong knowledge of employee relations topics and labour law application
  • Experience working with sensitive cases and multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to combine policy, compliance, and case-based work with a practical business mindset
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Structured approach, sound judgement, and a high level of discretion
  • Functional knowledge of English
