Director, Middle East Capture

About the role

Anduril's Middle East team delivers platforms, systems, and integrated effects from across Anduril's portfolio to regional customers. The Middle East team delivers Anduril's core products, adapting and applying the products to serve a variety of defense and commercial customers in Middle East market. As this team rapidly expands, this role requires an applicant willing to take on diverse responsibilities. The Business Development (BD) team is responsible for identifying, shaping, capturing, and growing new opportunities and capabilities for the company. BD team members serve as the bridge between clients and the broader Anduril team; they convey client perspectives to other teams across the enterprise while also serving as the Anduril brand ambassador externally. They partner extensively with the broader division team, to include engineering and program management, to ensure that Anduril products exceed client expectations and mission demands, and to drive continuous product improvements in response to client needs. Anduril's Middle East team is looking for a high initiative, collaborative individual to join the team as a Business Development Director. This person will have ownership and responsibility for shaping and capturing and executing Business Development opportunities with International Partners.

Responsibilities

• REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Prior acquisition or operational experience with defense systems across across a variety of roles and missions.
• Prior experience working with foreign militaries or ministries of defense, with emphasis on current operational needs and relationships across key partners in the Middle East.
• Excellent writing, communication skills with experience presenting to senior executives and customers.
• Ability to travel up to 50% - 75%.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S., U.K., or Australian Secret security clearance.
