We offer a comprehensive gamut of services to care for the sick, frail and elderly who have physical or mental disabilities with minimal or no appropriate caregiver support at home. Peacehaven has also been awarded the bizSAFE level 4 status which affirms our commitment to safety and health standards at the workplace. Job Description The Operations Assistant shall support the Senior / Executive, Operations to ensure the smooth daily running of the Kitchen, Laundry, and General Logistic Support within the Nursing Home. A. Laundry Collect and distribute linens Handle and treat soiled and infectious linens safely Ensure safe and proper handling of washers, dryers, and chemicals Fold cleaned linens Report any maintenance issues within the Laundry Area to Senior / Executive, Operations Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) Perform general cleaning at the end of each day Assist with laundry counts and audits B . Kitchen Wash and clean of kitchen equipment Wash, cut and prepare food Delivery of items (e.g., Food) to and from the Wards Perform any other tasks related to the kitchen and laundry operations, including area cleaning and maintaining hygiene standards. Qualification Qualifications & Requirements Able to communicate in basic English. Food Safety Officer Course Level 1 preferred Prior experience in Kitchen and Laundry operations preferred. Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team Able to work independently and multitask in a dynamic environment.
