Responsibilities

  • Executive Influence & Personal Leadership

  • Team Leadership
  • Manage and develop a small team of analysts, setting clear expectations, providing regular feedback, and building their skills over time.
  • Coordinate and prioritize the team's work in alignment with the needs of internal clients in India region and People Analytics team's roadmap priorities.
  • Foster ways of working that are rigorous, collaborative, and aligned with both India EX and People Analytics team standards and processes.
  • Cross-Functional Contribution
  • Actively participate in and contribute to both the global People Analytics team and EX India, including shared initiatives, capability development, and knowledge sharing.
  • Partner with sub-functions in People Analytics team (BI, Data Science, Research, Workforce Strategy), so that together we deliver integrated, high-quality work to internal customers.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in People Analytics, HR strategy, or a related field, with at least 2-3 years (required) in a people leadership role.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior leaders with data and insights, including comfort presenting to and advising executive-level audiences.
  • Strong skill in translating ambiguous business questions into clear analytical plans with defined scope and deliverables, and influencing partners who would be collaborating on this work.
  • Deep understanding of the HR landscape, workforce trends, and the challenges facing large organizations in India and globally.
  • Analytical proficiency sufficient to lead and review rigorous work, including demonstrated familiarity with statistical methods, quantitative analysis, and data storytelling.
  • Ability to work across time zones and contribute to a globally distributed team while maintaining a strong local presence and focus.
  • Zeal for actively incorporating AI into your work, while modelling ethical & responsible AI use with people data.
