Responsibilities

  • Administration & Office Support

  • Support Management during client meetings and overseas business engagements.
  • Travel overseas when required to support business operations, exhibitions, meetings, or project coordination.
  • Policies & Compliance
  • Maintain administrative and personnel records in accordance with company policies and local regulations.
  • Ensure proper document control, confidentiality, and compliance with company procedures.

Requirements

  • Singapore Citizens and PR only.
  • Diploma or Degree with relevant administration or office management experience.
  • Experience in an SME or professional corporate environment is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an outgoing personality.
  • Enjoy meeting people and liaising with international clients and business partners.
  • Able to travel overseas as and when required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
  • Highly organised, proactive, resourceful, and able to multitask.
  • Independent, responsible, and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Professional, well-groomed, and customer-service oriented.
