The Opportunity: We're looking to fill an opening for a Bilingual Banking Administrator to join our Operations team until March 26, 2027. Reporting to the Supervisor, Settlement Services, the Bilingual Banking Administrator is responsible for the daily processing of cash transactions in Dataphile for Aviso Clients and Credit Unions. There may be a requirement to work on a statutory holiday or weekend. Who you are: Service - You put your clients' needs first. You proactively encourage collaboration, build trust and inclusion, and work to establish effective relationships both inside and outside of the organization What your day looks like: Processing cash transactions such as EFTs, Bill Payments, FX transactions Reconciling cash outages of pending and suspense accounts for clients and banks Generating client cheques into system for cheque processing Processing of fees for client accounts Inputting Wire transfers Ensuring accuracy and meeting the industry SLAs Following the policy and procedures manual as set out by the Banking Services team and revising as needed Other duties as assigned or needed Your experience and skills: Post-secondary education in business or commerce preferred 1+ year of experience in an office environment within the securities industry Intermediate knowledge in the MS suite of applications including Excel Experience with Dataphile preferred Ability to work independently to achieve required objectives Strong attention to detail and accuracy Proven ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment Strong customer service orientation Strong organizational, time management and administrative skills Fluency (written and spoken) in English and French is required to effectively communicate with partners, clients, and colleagues across Canada Why Aviso?
