Provide strategic leadership, technical oversight, and ensure successful delivery of all projects under your purview - on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards. Set up and manage project governance frameworks including scope, budget, schedule, quality, safety, environmental, and sustainability targets. Review and approve project milestones, resource allocation, vendor and subcontractor performance. Monitor progress, identify variances (cost, schedule, quality), and implement corrective or pre-emptive actions. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and statutory requirements (e.g., BCA, SCDF, URA, MOH, NEA). Champion a strong safety culture across all sites and project teams. Stakeholder Management Serve as the senior point of contact for clients, consultants, contractors, and government agencies. Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and smooth project execution. Provide regular, transparent project status updates to senior management and clients. Team Leadership Lead, mentor, and develop Project Managers and cross-functional project teams to ensure high performance and accountability. Promote knowledge sharing, technical excellence, and continuous improvement across teams. Build succession and leadership capability in alignment with future business growth. Business & Strategic Growth (GM Aspiration) Support business development initiatives, including client relationship management, tender participation, and bid reviews. Contribute to the company's long-term strategy, operational excellence, and market expansion. Prepare to assume full general management responsibilities including P&L ownership, resource management, and strategic leadership.
