About the role

Conduct quality reviews of reports, administrative documentation, operational workflows, and staff performance. Ensure timely completion of deliverables and support activities in accordance with contractual requirements and organizational priorities. Develop and implement process improvements, workflow efficiencies, and operational best practices. Support preparation of reports, presentations, staffing updates, operational summaries, and briefings Performs additional duties as assigned Minimum of BS degree, MA/MS Preferred 2+ years of program management experience 10+ years of similar or related work experience required Professional certifications- highly desired Experience reviewing, analyzing, and auditing financial records- strongly desired Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to prepare reports, conduct quality reviews, and support operational planning activities.
