- Experience working with regional field marketing teams on localized execution across NA, EMEA, and ANZ.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (~35-40%)

Director, Event Marketing - Hybrid local to Lexington, MA or open to remote candidates in the US The Director, Event Marketing owns Mimecast's global event presence, from our cybersecurity trade show campaigns to our global customer event series (Mimecast Elevate). This is a senior individual contributor role that requires equal parts strategic thinking and hands-on execution. You will set the standard for how Mimecast shows up in market, partner with regional teams around the world to deliver exceptional events, and bring the rigor to measure and demonstrate impact. This role reports to the SVP, Customer Marketing & Global Events and is a key partner to Sales, Field Marketing, Product, and the Executive Leadership Team. The ideal candidate brings a strong point of view on experience design, stakeholder engagement, and operational excellence, and can translate strategy into seamless, polished execution that builds strong customer connections and drives long-term growth.
