Job Description Summary The Associate Director of Student Transition will direct all transition efforts in the Office of Student Orientation and Transition. The Associate Director will oversee the transition efforts for first year students, transfer students, Terp families and supporters, and other populations as needed. The Associate Director will also manage and design the curriculum for all transition courses including UNIV100, UNIV362 and leadership development courses for our Teaching Assistant program including EDCP498T and EDUC388U.
