Planning and managing crew schedules, coordinating travel arrangements, and ensuringefficient deployment and mobilization of crew members. Monitoring the well-being of crew members, addressing their needs, and ensuring they haveaccess to necessary support. Managing and preparing crew payroll, ensuring timely and accuratepayment.
