Get to Know the Team People Services delivers learning, engagement, and communications programmes that help Grabbers perform and grow. Get to Know the Role As the Senior Specialist, Engagement, Communications & Learning , you will translate L&D, engagement, and internal communications strategies into programmes employees can participate in and benefit from. Collaborating across teams, you will design and deliver engagement plans from start to end, ensuring Grabbers receive clear, relevant information. This is an onsite role based in Petaling Jaya, reporting to the People Operations Business Partner. The Critical Tasks You Will Perform You will: Translate people strategy into scalable L&D, engagement and internal-communications programmes that Grabbers can easily participate in and benefit from. Lead end-to-end programme delivery: plan, coordinate execution, manage vendors, oversee logistics, track budgets and ensure you meet HRDC/compliance requirements for a seamless employee experience. Partner with PopsBPs, business leaders and external vendors to align priorities, influence outcomes and achieve committed goals. Design and deliver initiatives that build capability, connection, recognition and a strong sense of belonging across the organisation. Oversee internal communications for programmes: craft clear, messages that inform, align and motivate employees. Use participation data, feedback and observed outcomes to evaluate impact and improve programmes. What Essential Skills You Will Need 4+ years' experience delivering end-to-end learning, engagement or internal-communications programmes. Program management skills: planning, timelines, vendor coordination and on-time delivery. Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills with PopsBPs, business leaders and external vendors. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for clear, targeted internal messaging. Operational rigour: budget tracking, vendor invoicing, compliance (e.g., HRDC/training grants) and audit‑ready documentation. Data-driven mindset: use participation metrics, feedback and evaluation to measure impact and improve programmes.
