Finance Manager - FP&A & Financial Control - $7,000 + Bonus #Immediate

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and financial performance reviews.
• Prepare and consolidate financial results in accordance with SFRS and company policies.
• Analyze variances, project profitability, business unit performance, and key financial drivers.
• Develop management reports, dashboards, KPI tracking, and executive presentations.
• Support treasury activities including cash flow forecasting, funding requirements, banking facilities, and forex exposure management.
• Partner with business leaders to drive financial performance and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and internal stakeholders on audit, tax, and compliance matters.
• Review and oversee daily finance operations while driving process improvements, automation, and reporting enhancements.
• Participate in ad-hoc projects and strategic initiatives as assigned.

Requirements

• Degree or professional qualification in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• 7-10 years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, financial control, or related finance functions
• Strong financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting experience.
• Good understanding of financial reporting standards, treasury management, and business performance analysis.
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
• Ability to start work within short notice period preferred.
