Responsibilities
- As Project Manager, you lead and execute marketing projects from planning to delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and KPIs are met while coordinating seamlessly across teams and partners.
- Lead and deliver assigned marketing projects - including store openings, omni-channel communication initiatives, and global test implementations - ensuring goals, deliverables, and timelines are met
- Plan, execute, and monitor projects effectively, setting clear objectives, managing budgets, and ensuring milestones are achieved
- Validate briefs and project scopes, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, then set, monitor, and report on project KPIs
- Source, manage, and coordinate external creative partners and agencies, overseeing contracts and securing high-quality project delivery
- Secure executional support on local loyalty programs and rewards, including managing external partners together with the Commercial team and Owned Media Lead
- Collaborate with Customer Service and Store teams as day-to-day point of contact, supporting operational needs and aligning activities with global CRM and loyalty guidelines
- WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH
- You'll work closely with the marketing team members across Owned Media, Paid Media, as well as external agencies and cross-functional partners in Commercial and Store operations.
- This role will be reporting to the Marketing Manager.
Requirements
