  • Agile Mindset & Communication:
  • Experience working in Agile teams, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent English communication skills to collaborate effectively in global teams.
  • Salesforce: Strong hands-on Salesforce platform development (Apex, Lightning Web Components, Aura, SOQL, and declarative tools), with experience delivering end-to-end solutions in Sales or Service Cloud.
  • Salesforce & Cloud Certifications:
  • Salesforce Platform Developer/Administrator certifications, MuleSoft Developer/Architect, or equivalent cloud credentials (AWS, Azure, GCP). Demonstrated interest in expanding Salesforce or cloud expertise.
  • Analytical Thinking & Problem Solving:
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues, propose enhancements, and leverage analytics or AI to improve system efficiency and data reliability.
  • Emerging Tech Skills:
  • Interest in AI/ML, predictive analytics, intelligent automation, or low-code/no-code platforms.
  • Collaboration, Communication & Documentation:
  • Excellent collaboration skills for working across technical and business teams, with strong communication and documentation habits to ensure clarity and effective knowledge sharing in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
