Reporting to the Head Housekeeper, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following: Ensuring excellence in room cleaning standards within set time frames in order to enhance our guest experience. Clean all assigned guest rooms including dusting, making beds, soiled linen removal from rooms, and retrieval of clean linen from linen closets, vacuuming, bathroom cleaning, inside window cleaning, replenish rooms with supplies. Follow departmental policies, procedures and service standards. Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service. Previous housekeeping experience is an asset. A positive can do attitude. High level of physical fitness and ability. Responsible, mature & reliable. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Proven ability to manage multiple tasks with ease. Works well under pressure and to timelines. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work well both individually and part of a wider team.
