Requirements
- 8+ years experience as an individual contributor
- 3+ years managing managing software team(s)
- A strong technical background that allows you to participate in architectural discussions, design reviews, and project planning
- Entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to roll up sleeves to get the job done
- Ability to drive results and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment where continuous innovation is desired
- A successful history of working with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, design, marketing and sales
- A strong sense of product and domain ownership
- Ability to meet and exceed deadlines with composure
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills
- Superior verbal, written and presentation skills
- BA/BS in Computer Science or related field

- Firm understanding of Agile development methodologies
- Familiarity with our tech stack (React, Node, Golang, AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, CI/CD)
- Familiarity with Machine Learning/AI including LLMs preferably at scale
- MS in Computer Science and/or Business Administration
