Responsibilities
- Perform advanced maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of facility systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, compressed air, and general building infrastructure in a highly regulated environment .

Requirements
- Education
- Technical diploma or associate degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Facilities Engineering, or a related technical field required .
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Facilities Management preferred.
- Experience and Skills
- Required
- Typically 5-8 years of hands ‑ on facilities maintenance experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or regulated environment.
- Strong working knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, utilities, and building services.
- Experience executing preventive maintenance programs and troubleshooting complex facility systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and equipment manuals.
- Familiarity with safety, environmental, and compliance requirements in a manufacturing setting.
- Ability to perform physical work, including lifting equipment and working in mechanical spaces, as required .
- Preferred
- Experience supporting medical device , pharmaceutical , or other highly regulated manufacturing facilities.
- Knowledge of computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
- Experience coordinating third ‑ party vendors and service contractors.

- Basic project support experience for small facility upgrades or improvements.
