The team consists of writers, testing specialists, and a user researcher, all focused on optimizing performance and improving user engagement. Role Overview and Core Responsibilities Lead optimization of digital experiences with a strong focus on B2B marketing initiatives (approx. 90% B2B, 10% consumer) Analyze digital performance data and identify opportunities for improvement across web experiences Design, execute, and manage A/B tests and optimization initiatives to enhance user engagement and conversion Translate insights into actionable recommendations and implement improvements across digital platforms Continuously monitor performance metrics and refine strategies based on results Partner with cross-functional teams including marketing, content, and analytics to align on optimization strategies Support ongoing testing cycles (analyze → propose → activate → measure → iterate) Contribute to improving overall digital experience across U.S. websites and marketing channels Required Knowledge and Experiences Google Analytics (web analytics and performance tracking) PathFactory (content engagement and experience platform) Demandbase (B2B marketing and account-based marketing platform) Salesforce (CRM - Customer Relationship Management) Required Knowledge & Experiences Experience in B2B digital marketing and experience optimization Strong understanding of website performance metrics and optimization strategies Hands-on experience using marketing technology platforms for performance analysis and testing Proven ability to execute and manage optimization cycles from analysis through implementation Experience working with cross-functional marketing and digital teams Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Business, or a related field We're also looking for the preferred skills below.
