In this role, you will: Own the full candidate lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, negotiating, and closing top talent. Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies across multiple platforms to attract high-caliber candidates. Gain a deep understanding of Appian's business strategy, product offerings, and competitive positioning to inform talent decisions. Serve as a strategic partner and advisor to hiring leaders across departments. Continuously improve and scale interview processes and best practices.
