Manager, Capital Projects & Infrastructure

About the role

You will work alongside some of the most experienced practitioners in the field advising the boards, management teams, lenders, and shareholders of companies involved in the development of capital-intensive projects and infrastructure across the Middle East. As a Manager you will have the opportunity to use your industry knowledge and professional expertise, along with leveraging the skills and expertise of others, to deliver the best possible experience and outcomes for our clients. For this role, we are seeking highest-calibre candidates who can support across our CP&I service offerings, with a focus on providing exceptional Governance and Operational Excellence solutions to our client. This role requires an individual with a proven track record in designing operating models, establishing governance frameworks, developing delegation of authority (DoA) matrices, and drafting policies and procedures to enhance organizational performance and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Client Service
• Key team member working on CP&I projects on a day-to-day basis, including managing junior staff.
• Produces high quality deliverables within planned timescales.

• Key Skills & Experience
• Education and Qualifications:
• Strong academic background at A level / degree level.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Professional accreditation such as MRICS, MCIarb, MCIOB, PMP, RMP - preferred.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of total experience, including at least 3 years in an advisory environment. Previous experience with a Big 4 or recognized advisory firm is an advantage.
• Proven experience in the construction, infrastructure, or capital-intensive projects sectors.
