About the role

About the Position: The incumbent will be assigned to the 406th Army Field Support Brigade, Logistics Readiness Center, Supply and Services Division, at Fort AP Hill, VA. This position is a TERM position Not to Exceed 13 months. It is time-limited and may be extended up to a maximum of eight years. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes 1) Assisting with the receipt, storage, or issue of stocks or ammunition supplies; 2) Maintaining documentation related to the inventory or disposal of ammunition; AND 3) Assisting with coordinating or conducting inventories. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-06).
