Resident Technical Officer

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough site inspections to verify compliance with project specifications and regulatory requirements under the Building Control Act and Regulations
• Review, evaluate, and assess method statements to ensure safe and effective execution of construction activities
• Supervise and enforce site quality control measures to maintain high standards of workmanship and materials
• Coordinate site works proactively to uphold construction safety and minimize risks to personnel and assets
• Collaborate with relevant authorities and stakeholders to fulfill statutory duties and project requirements
• Required competencies and certifications
• Minimum diploma in Civil or Structural discipline.
• Accredited by JAC of IES/ACES as Qualified Site Supervisor (RTO-C&S)
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience supervising civil works similar in nature
• Preferred competencies and qualifications
• Experience working on LTA projects is preferred.

Additional Information

You will carry out site supervision activities for our LTA Contract J111, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and driving quality and safety outcomes on site.
