Additional Information

Job Description: Manage day-to-day Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) activities. Ensure vendor invoices are processed and payments are made accurately within the required timelines. Support the Senior Accounts Executive in routine accounting tasks, financial reporting, and administrative duties. Assist with monthly and annual financial closing processes. Provide support for statutory audits, tax compliance matters, and tax-related reviews. Participate in year-end audit preparations, statutory financial statement preparation, and financial performance analysis. Ensure financial records are closed accurately and promptly in compliance with applicable accounting standards and internal policies. Oversee the preparation and issuance of invoices and ensure billing activities are completed efficiently. Prepare and file GST returns in a timely and accurate manner. Handle accounting responsibilities related to operational activities, including expense monitoring and account reconciliations. Liaise with operations and procurement departments to verify costs and validate supplier invoices. Maintain and update cost reports and summaries for vessels, projects, and contractual engagements.
