• Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to influence across teams and deliver complex initiatives.
• Preferred Experience
• Financial services or other highly regulated industry experience.
• Experience with monitoring, logging, and performance management platforms.
• Familiarity with endpoint, identity, and enterprise security technologies.
• Experience managing vendor relationships and technology budgets.

Location: 4910 Tiedeman Road, Brooklyn Ohio Job Summary This position will lead the strategy, delivery, and operational excellence of enterprise End User Cloud platforms, including M365, Azure, VDI, and Mobile technologies. This role is accountable for platform reliability, security, scalability, and modernization, ensuring a seamless and secure employee experience across the enterprise. This position requires a people‑first technology leader with a strong track record of leading high‑performing engineering teams, operating in regulated environments, and partnering across technology, security, and business stakeholders to deliver impactful outcomes. Lead and Develop Teams Lead, coach, and develop a team of infrastructure automation engineers. Foster an inclusive, high‑performing culture focused on accountability, learning, and continuous improvement. Set clear expectations, provide ongoing feedback, and support career growth across early‑career engineers through senior technical leaders Oversee day‑to‑day execution, prioritization, and workload management to ensure alignment with business and technology objectives Attract, retain, and develop top engineering talent through thoughtful hiring, mentoring, and performance management. Drive Automation and Execution Own the delivery and operational support of infrastructure platforms including M365, Copilot, Azure, Email solutions, etc. Ensure reliable, secure, and scalable infrastructure supporting our employees. Establish and enforce engineering standards, documentation, and best practices Serve as delivery lead for small to mid‑sized initiatives and a key leader on large or enterprise‑wide programs. Drive modernization initiatives that improve resiliency, efficiency, and user experience Operational Excellence, Risk, and Security Partner closely with Information Security, Risk, and Audit teams to maintain a strong control environment Strengthen the organization's security posture by ensuring platforms align with regulatory, risk, and control requirements. Identify and mitigate operational, resiliency, and security risks across platforms and services. Promote ITIL‑aligned operational practices, incident management, and root‑cause analysis. Manage Budget and Vendors Manage the budget for the End User Technology cloud domain, including forecasting and cost optimization. Own vendor relationships supporting cloud, DevOps, endpoint, and security platforms, including performance and contract management. Education Bachelor's Degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience. (preferred)
