Senior/Staff System Integration and Test Engineer

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related engineering discipline
• At least 10 years of experience in Vehicle System Development and Integration, with a deep experience in one of the following domains: Body Control, Braking, Steering, Thermal, or Power Distribution
• Deep technical understanding of automotive communication protocols (CAN, LIN, OBD2, Ethernet) and 12V Power Management
• Extensive hands-on experience conducting bench and vehicle-level testing, including instrumentation and advanced data analysis to ensure function robustness
• Expertise developing integration test plans based on SFMEA Analysis and well-versed in technical problem solving methodologies like Six Sigma, 8D, Shainin Red X etc.

You will ensure seamless integration and robust performance across the Body Control, Braking, Steering, Thermal, & Power Distribution domains.
