Responsibilities

  • What You Bring:
  • 3-5 years of experience in social media content creation with a portfolio that demonstrates creative range and platform fluency - strong copy, strong visual, strong video, all native to channel.
  • The intellectual curiosity to learn a complex B2B business quickly and the editorial judgment to distill it into content that resonates with sophisticated audiences.
  • Sharp copywriting and visual storytelling instincts - you know the difference between content that fills a calendar and content that earns attention.
  • Command of social media management platforms, scheduling tools, and analytics. You don't just pull the numbers - you know what they mean and what to do next.
  • A bias toward action - you manage multiple workstreams, produce at speed, and bring ideas to the table without being asked.

We're hiring a Social Media Specialist who can think like a content strategist and execute like a platform-native creator. This role reports to our Social Media Director, but make no mistake - this isn't an entry-level seat. You'll need to quickly understand a complex, global financial technology business and translate it into social media content that's clear, compelling, and built to perform.
