With guidance from the director of marketing, the marketing coordinator provides administrative and logistical support for efforts to promote Dana-Farber Cancer Institute and its collaborations to prospective referring physicians, payors, and consumers. Coordinate the administrative and logistical requirements for Dana-Farber's local, national and international exhibitions; coordinate the development of marketing collateral (displays, advertisements, flyers) used at these events; and staff the events Serve as the registrar for continuing medical education programs (registration management, attendee list Preparation and name badge production) and assist with preparing evaluation reports Support DFCI community outreach which includes preparing copy and placing ads and advertorials in Community outlets, attending community benefit planning meetings and tracking and reporting department efforts Prepare and monitor request for payment, reconcile P-Card transactions, track and report on department expenses Answer marketing department phone lines and triage and/or fulfill request Assist with scheduling meetings for the director, as needed Maintain and organize administrative and promotional inventory for the department Perform special projects assigned by the director Collaborate with department team members to develop and/or support comprehensive communications plans and status reports for select clients KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED: MINIMUM JOB QUALIFICATIONS: The position requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, along with at least three years of communications or administrative experience. Candidates must have excellent writing and interpersonal skills, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, strong problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Pay Transparency Statement The hiring range is based on market pay structures, with individual salaries determined by factors such as business needs, market conditions, internal equity, and based on the candidate's relevant experience, skills and qualifications. For union positions, the pay range is determined by the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA). $58,000.00 - $64,100.00
