- Proven experience with SAFe , ideally as Epic Owner or in a similar leadership role
- Track record in integrating new solutions into existing enterprise system landscapes
- Advanced experience with Jira and Confluence at enterprise level
- Automotive or VW Group experience is considered a strong advantage
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across senior leadership and cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical thinking, structured working style and ability to manage complexity
