- Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline
- 3-5+ years of experience supporting, testing, or troubleshooting electronic hardware in a production, manufacturing, or lab environment
- Hands-on experience testing and/or debugging complex circuit card assemblies or electronic subsystems (digital, analog, RF, or mixed-signal)
- Proficiency using lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, function generators, and power supplies for hardware debugging and analysis
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, PCB layouts, and bills of materials (BOMs) to support failure analysis
- Experience performing root cause analysis and driving corrective actions on hardware issues
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with manufacturing, test, quality, and suppliers
- Comfortable working onsite in a shift-based production environment (3rd shift)
- Active Secret security clearance or obtainable (U.S. Citizenship required)
Requirements
- Experience supporting electrical hardware in a production or manufacturing environment
- Background in failure analysis, yield improvement, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Experience working with suppliers to resolve technical issues and implement corrective actions
- Familiarity with subsystem or system-level integration and test
- Experience with engineering change processes (ECOs), redlines, and configuration-controlled documentation
- Exposure to design or development of electronic or electro-mechanical subsystems (circuit design, fabrication, assembly processes)
- Experience working in high-reliability or regulated industries (aerospace, defense, automotive, medical, etc.)
- Familiarity with RF or mixed-signal systems and associated test/debug methods
- Experience using engineering tools for analysis, simulation, or measurement (e.g., MATLAB, LabVIEW, or similar)
