About the role

Nature and aim of the position Reporting to the Finance & Admin Manager, this position includes responsibility to ensure appropriate allocate all financial and accounting related operations as well as to ensure compliance with group and local policies and accurate reporting of the company's financial position to Global Blue Management. Main Duties and Responsibilities Full Accounting management Preparing the monthly deviation comments Account analysis Bank reconciliations Monthly income tax and payment Monthly withholding tax declarations and payment Monthly social and retirement contributions declarations Payroll preparation and related accounting entries posting Calculation of Severance indemnities and salary simulations Annual professional tax declarations Monthly Intercompany reconciliations Accounts payables and merchant commission Receivables follow up Expense reports payment Checking tax free forms in support of the refund team Helping with VAT Claim declarations. Continued innovation to develop the tools that will achieve best practice in all operation and other admin related activities with the aim to increase efficiency and costs saving This job description in no way states or implies that these are the only duties to be performed by this employee. Main targets and KPI's: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory changes to ensure ongoing compliance with local and group policies and law Timely, accurate and quality management reporting to support the team Identify and implement best practices to optimize administrative costs and support budget objectives Profile University degree and minimum of three years' experience in accounting High level of accuracy and attention to detail a must Service minded Ability to multitask and meet deadlines Strong communication skills Strong excel skills including data analysis Excellent spoken and written English Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
