We are seeking a Commercial Lead for Connected Vehicles to play a foundational role in launching and scaling Radius' Connected Vehicle Intelligence ecosystem. This role sits at the intersection of data, product, sales, marketing, and OEM partnerships, with responsibility for shaping how connected vehicle data is commercialised across multiple products and markets. You will define pricing, packaging, value propositions, and commercial models, ensuring early pilots convert into sustainable, long‑term revenue streams. This is a highly cross‑functional role, suited to someone who combines commercial strategy with hands‑on enablement - translating complex data into compelling, revenue‑driving narratives for customers, partners, and internal teams. We will be happy to welcome you to our office in Crewe, with working hours from Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 5:30pm Your daily responsibilities will be... Commercial Strategy & Monetisation Design Own the commercial model for all three Connected Vehicle Intelligence products. Build pricing frameworks (tiered subscriptions, add-ons, data licensing, OEM contracts). Define packaging for Stratus Connect and future product datasets. Conduct competitive analysis and market positioning across UK/EU, US, and APAC. Pilot Success & Commercial Validation Partner with the Sales, Marketing and product to design pilot scopes and success metrics. Translate early data into commercial outcomes and ROI stories. Build pilot and paid conversion playbooks. Run customer and OEM-facing demonstrations of value. Sales Enablement & Field Readiness Develop sales messaging, objection handling, product positioning, and pricing guides. Enable Account Managers, OEM Partner Managers, and New Business teams with: value calculators customer-facing one-pagers demo scripts and talk tracks competitive differentiation narratives Support enterprise and OEM deal cycles where data and value storytelling are required. Product Packaging & Market Fit Define commercial requirements for the product roadmap. Align product tiers with customer willingness-to-pay and operational needs. Influence feature prioritisation for monetisable insight modules. Conduct segmentation analysis (SMB, leasing, EV fleets, OEMs, insurers, FMCs, etc.). Marketing Collaboration Develop scalable models for: OEM revenue share data licensing with insurers and leasing companies partnership pricing cross-product bundling with fuel, telematics, cameras Build financial scenarios (Conservative / Base / Upside) in partnership with FP&A. Long-Term Commercial Models & Partner Economics Work with Marketing on the go-to-market (GTM) plan for all connected vehicle products. Shape messaging for launch campaigns, collateral, website pages, and events. Create commercial narratives for executive presentations and OEM briefings. Cross-Functional Leadership Work closely with: Product & Engineering (feature/pricing alignment) Commercial (ROI stories, pilots, customer feedback loops) Sales leadership (deal strategy, enterprise accounts) Marketing (positioning & GTM) OEM Partner Managers (OEM resale programmes) Data Governance (consent & compliance boundaries) What do we expect from you? Strong experience in commercial strategy, pricing, packaging, or monetisation. Background in telematics, connected vehicle data, SaaS analytics, or adjacent data‑driven products. Proven ability to work effectively across Sales and Product organisations. Confidence presenting complex commercial concepts to senior internal and external stakeholders. Strong analytical capability, with experience building financial and commercial models. Ability to translate complex data into clear, persuasive commercial narratives.
