Job Responsibilities Manages value creation engagements across pre‑close diligence and post‑close execution. Structures analytical approaches for synergy, cost reduction, and performance improvement initiatives. Leads client working sessions and supports value realization planning. Oversees development of value creation deliverables and analytical models. Collaborates with deal, diligence, and functional advisory teams. Manages engagement execution, timelines, and team performance.
