Responsibilities

  • This role provides administrative support to the Global Mobility Manager and our HR teams and business groups across all Scopely hubs. The candidate needs to have strong collaborating and relationship-building skills, excellent customer service, be process driven and detail-oriented.
  • Initiates relocation and immigration cases with global providers; ensures service delivery quality and data accuracy
  • Provides data / report / cost estimation to managers and Talent Team
  • Conducts data audits in various systems
  • Coordinates the relocation, immigration and tax processes with external vendors following Scopely's policies
  • Maintain and enhance relationships through on-going communication with business units and provide feedback on operational processes and issues that affect the employee experience
  • Prepare travel and employment verification letters
  • Track exceptions to relocation policy and communicate trending to manager, recommend specific actions to reduce costs/add value
  • Review third party vendor invoices
  • Participate in special projects as needed with internal stakeholders

Requirements

  • University degree or 3 years of experience in a related customer service/ relocation / HR capacity preferred
  • Proven successful and superior customer service experience, preferably with US or European-led multinational company
  • Superior relationship management skills and demonstrated experience managing client expectations
  • Business savvy/ Ability to listen & understand individual & business needs
  • Ability to work cross-functionally, representing Scopely in a professional manner
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and EQ skills. Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills, diplomatic
  • Demonstrated technical/systems skills. Computer Literacy; strong experience with Microsoft and Google Suite
  • Highly organized
  • High level of accuracy and process orientation. Detail oriented; ability to perform multiple complex tasks
  • Team player and takes initiative; self-starter
  • Demonstrated ability to problem solve and manage multiple priorities
  • Cultural awareness/ People oriented and ability to deal with cultural differences
  • Ability and willingness to attend calls to accommodate different time zones
  • Good judgment and diplomacy / able to handle confidential information
  • Innovative and resourceful
