Position Details You will lead the organization in planning and executing various plans in the areas of ordering and delivery date management. Major Duties - Plan various initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency and reducing operating costs - Lead the organization and negotiate and coordinate various initiatives with numerous business partners - Promote process standardization and simplification to improve productivity - Organizational management of ordering and delivery date management (management position) This position will initially involve you in a specific area of the organization, where you will gain an understanding of the work, and then aim to advance to a management position. This position will allow you to hone your overall business capabilities, leveraging your knowledge of ordering and logistics at one of Japan's largest daily necessities e-commerce sites. Mandatory Qualifications: - 2+ years of experience in ordering and delivery management at a business company - Basic knowledge of the daily necessities retail industry and e-commerce - 1+ years of experience managing subordinates
