Responsibilities

Requirements
- Advanced knowledge of group accounting and consolidation, including intercompany eliminations and multi-currency accounting.
- Extensive knowledge of IFRS, statutory and consolidated reporting processes.
- Proficiency in consolidation and reporting systems, including underlying data model structures.
- Strong understanding of internal control frameworks, including design, implementation and monitoring of financial reporting processes.
- Ability to establish, document, and continuously improve group-wide accounting, consolidation, and reporting processes to ensure accuracy, timeliness and compliance.
- Experience in managing audit processes and ensuring compliance with internal and external control requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate issues and propose pragmatic solutions.
- Excellent communication skills; able to explain complex matters clearly to both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight deadlines.
