Training Specialist

About the role

You will serve as a Training Specialist in the Training Directorate of CENTER FOR SUBMARINE. Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Applying training methods, techniques, and tools to maintain training courses and materials, evaluate training programs, and/or complete special projects; 2) Utilizes computer skills to transfer curriculum material to instructors and other training sites.; 3) Trains and evaluates instructors utilizing advanced instructor skills and techniques; 4) Develops courses of instruction by providing audit management support, curriculum delivery and Interactive Multimedia Instruction Management services and curriculum maintenance.
